We represent operators and investors in nearly every aspect of owning and operating assisted living and independent living facilities, from large multi-state portfolios to individual facilities across the country.

We work closely with clients to structure joint ventures and asset acquisitions, negotiate letters of intent and purchase agreements, and negotiate operating leases and management agreements. We close financing, prepare leases of facilities and campuses, negotiate service provider and vendor agreements and, in the end, close the sale of the facilities. Throughout, our goal is a seamless transfer of ownership and operations that benefits the parties and, ultimately, their residents. We also work with local regulatory agencies to help licensing applications get approved on time.
