We represent international data center developers and operators on everything related to their United States real estate portfolios. We start at site selection and stay involved through every part of data center development, ownership and operation.

We work closely with clients to create tax-advantaged deal structures, negotiate letters of intent, purchase agreements and ground leases, and close construction and acquisition financing. We also negotiate bespoke portfolio financing vehicles, and we secure and negotiate contracts and easements for essential utility services. When a project needs state or local counsel, we find the right local legal experts and work closely with them.
