Tatusko Kennedy, PC is a boutique law firm focused on commercial real estate transactions and corporate and business law. We have deep experience in commercial real estate, corporate and financial transactions. Our attorneys have completed hundreds of transactions across the country and internationally. Some are worth hundreds of millions of dollars and involve dozens of properties and multiple venture partners. Others are smaller deals for individuals or small businesses that want to buy, sell, lease or finance property of any type.

Each of our attorneys brings a different set of skills, and together that’s a real advantage in a negotiation. Between us, we know multi-state negotiations, construction and engineering issues, and litigation involving construction and real estate.
