Tatusko Kennedy, PC negotiated and closed the extension of a $5,250,000.00 loan secured by office property located in Chantilly, Virginia, which extension included cross-collateralizing and cross-defaulting the original loan with an additional light industrial parcel owned by an affiliate of the borrower with the same lender, a national life insurance company.
