Represented regional developer in negotiating, documenting and closing (i) a joint venture to develop, own and operate a 240 unit luxury residential rental apartment complex near Huntington Metro; (ii) a $35,500,000 deed of trust construction loan and a $10,125,000 mezzanine loan to finance the construction of the project.
