Acquisition of undeveloped parcel in greater Chicago metropolitan area, and closing on $15,455,000 construction loan and performance letter of credit from regional construction financing lender for construction of assisted living and memory care facility. (November 2016)

Acquisition of development site in northern New Jersey formerly used as catering business, and closing on $17,125,000 construction loan from nationwide construction financing lender for construction of assisted living and memory care facility.

Represented joint venture owner of California assisted living facility with refinancing of first mortgage debt on property with long term Freddie Mac financing.

Oversee, negotiate and prepare documentation necessary to conduct wind-up and corporate termination of private REIT following final disposition of the last of eleven (11) operating senior living facilities owned by REIT.

$26,000,000 acquisition of Texas assisted living facility, including closing on $17,420,000 permanent financing with Freddie Mac servicer and negotiation of post-closing licensing operation agreement with seller affiliate.

Assisted a local owner to subdivide a 5-acre residential lot into two smaller lots and then negotiated and closed the sale of one of the two lots for construction of a new luxury residential home.
