Represented a leading hyperscale data center developer in the acquisition and development of approximately 3,500 acres comprising multiple sites within its Austin-area data center portfolio, including purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, complex easement and access arrangements, title and survey review, infrastructure-related matters, and real estate due diligence.

Represented a data center developer in negotiating a membership unit purchase and sale agreement pursuant to which the developer acquired seller’s entity and simultaneously closed on eight (8) parcels in Ohio that were subject to option contracts held by the acquired entity. The firm also conducted due diligence with respect to the acquisition.
